Convenient, clean place with brilliant staff when the manager asked her to take a microwave to the room. Reasonably priced and lovely food. Enjoyable location, just a walk down to everywhere.

We had a lovely stay for Saturday and Sunday night.
Booked a room with magnificent views of the harbor. We loved wake-up service available. The location was central, so close to local cafés for breakfast, and Luna Park, numerous restaurants, shopping and the Harbour Bridge start.

Awesome overall experience. Fairly clean place with exceptionally good views and enjoyable location to the railway station which has a very good service into the CBD. Spacious rooms, free and exceptionally nice breakfast. Nice service, parking onsite. Had free Wi-Fi throughout the property. Location close to shops and transport, other Rydges and the bridge into Sydney's Central Business District.
Extremely busy area.

The hotel was recently renovated and clean inside, which I liked. The venue was in a favourable location near a downward slope and the nearest train station. The Sydney Opera House was only 2 miles away. The bedroom was neat and airy. The staff team was extremely friendly and incredibly friendly at all times. The breakfasts were good and included instant coffee. I found the service to be good.

The hotel was exceptionally comfortable and good standard, close to everything in North Sydney. The location of the property was very central, just next door to the center, coffee shops, Stanton Library, and Sydney for a function. North Sydney district was worth visiting. I had a lounge and a cell in the well-equipped and generous-sized room. The breakfasts were complimentary with instant coffee and free drinks.

I must say, I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. the value for money was excellent - I couldn't believe the prices! Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive. From the rooms with access to a walk-in shower for my husband's needs to the harbor view, this hotel really thought about their guests' comfort. The excellent lighting in the bathroom was a big plus for me, especially when putting on makeup. Lastly, the breakfast was fantastic. They had a generous spread of offerings and even included instant coffee.
All in all, everything was okay.

Probably the location, and the customer service
Price was a little steep for what was on offer, All the In room bar food and most of the drinks were out of date by at least 5 months, which was disgusting especially for a "high class hotel", room had drawings on the wall which were never cleaned, and the paint was bad,
